Q. Do you ship birds?
A. Sorry, no, we do not ship birds.

Q. Do you ship supplies?
A. Yes! We are happy to ship supplies.

Q. Do your birds come with a health guarantee?
A. Yes. Our guarantee is for 72 hours for the customer to take the bird to a vet and get a health check. If the bird passes away during the 72 hours, a necropsy performed by a vet is required.

Q. What paperwork comes with my baby bird?
A. You will receive a hatch certificate with you baby bird.

Q. Do you sell unweaned babies?
A. We are happy to let you select an unweaned baby as long as the baby remains here for us to finish handfeeding and make sure it is healthy and weaned properly before sending it home with you. You are welcome to come and get to know your baby while we finish the hand feeding process.

 

Q. Do you allow people to take home unweaned babies?
A. Only qualified, experienced customers who have proven their ability to handfeed baby birds. There is no health guarantee on unweaned babies.

Q. What do you feed your birds?
A. 5 Star Hotel here! All our birds are fed a balanced diet consisting of pellets, seed and daily fresh foods, including bean mixes, grains, fresh vegetables and fruits and sprouted seeds.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We accept cash, checks, money orders or Paypal (with 3% handling fee).

Q. How long have you been breeding birds?
A. We have been breeding birds for over 10 years.

Q. I don't see the kind of bird I am looking for on your sales list. Should I still inquire with you?
A. Absolutely! We always have new babies up and coming in the nestboxes. If we don't have the bird you are looking for, chances are that we know another breeder who does. We are always more than happy to help.

Q. If I buy a bird from you, do I get any discounts on supplies?
A. Yes! Please ask us, as our specials change on a regular basis.

Q. Do you give multiple bird discounts?
A. Yes we do. Please feel free to inquire.

Q. Do you sell wholesale to businesses, such as pet stores?
A. Yes. Please email or call and we can discuss what you are looking for.

Q. If I buy a bird from you, are you willing to give me advice or help if I have questions?
A. Every baby starts out as a member of our family, and we love to keep it that way. We are always there for our customers if you need help or advice any time with your bird.
